Christopher Gonzalez

Christopher been in the Health and Wellness Industry for 15 years. He is a committed, knowledgeable and fitness professional dedicated to providing the highest quality programming and nutritional guidance for all fitness levels. He wants to help clients achieve every goal they have set while also setting new and higher goals.


"I'm a firm believer that everyone has a different body and mindset, and every individual needs a personal workout program and nutritional plan. With my guidance, I can help you achieve your goals and become the healthiest you. I would love to be the motivating factor in taking your body, mind and you to the next level. I love to take a holistic approach to health, wellness and nutrition."

Christopher has held multiple certifications and helped 1000's clients achieve their fitness goals. Christopher currently maintains his NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications, TRX Level Two Certification and is a Certified Personal Trainer in PFTA.

Jorge Vela

Jorge Vela has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He has a strong background in physical therapy where he worked for over 8 years.  This is where he first learned that his passion for fitness can help people who want to lose weight, improve strength, improve endurance, sports performance as well as recover from am injury or illness.  He has multiple personal training certifications including National Academy of Sports Medicine and International Sports Science Association.  Jorge also holds specialty certifications in Sports Nutrition, Sports Performance Specialist, TRX body weight suspension training, sports medicine application with the TRX and Kettlebell Fundamentals.


In addition to personal training he runs fitness boot camps that were featured among the top fitness boot camps in the country.  He runs his boot camps throughout San Antonio and with private companies.  Today, he successfully works with a wide variety of clients ranging from youth athletes, busy moms, brides to be, doctors, post rehab clients and fitness and beauty competitors, 


His results-driven fitness programming and ability to make exercise fun has led to hundreds of happy clients over the years. He was also featured in national magazines including Latina, GQ and local features as the fitness expert in his community.

Marcus Sanchez

Marcus Sanchez is a Fitness Professional/Personal Trainer who has a natural affinity for movement and helping others. Marcus studied at McMurry University where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance. He was also an NCAA Athlete in Football and Track. Marcus is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the NCSF and ISSA. He also specializes in TRX, Kettlebells and FMS.


Marcus has excelled as a certified fitness professional for 10 years. He most recently worked for Gold's Gym for 8+ years where he held the following positions: Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager, General Manager, District Fitness Manager and Assistant Regional Fitness Director. Throughout his Gold's Gym career he took on multiple roles including trained clients, managed trainers, operated and oversaw 9 gyms around San Antonio.


Not only does Marcus have a passion for fitness in the workplace, he also applies his studies in his everyday lifestyle and has even competed in Body Building Competitions. Outside of fitness Marcus is a new dad to a beautiful baby girl and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
